2. What the service is

Aspirants.ai is an AI tutor for India's competitive exams: it solves your doubts, generates practice questions and mock tests, builds study plans, and evaluates answers. To use it you create an account with your email and choose which exam you are preparing for. Any sample content, answers or mock questions shown are for guidance and study only, and they are not a guarantee of any specific result.

3. No guarantee of results

We are honest about this because the audience has been overpromised before. Aspirants.ai is a study aid. It does not guarantee that you will clear any exam, secure any rank or AIR, or be selected for any post. Your outcome depends on your own effort, preparation and the exam itself. Nothing on this site is a promise of selection.

4. Eligibility and age

You must be old enough to use the service and to consent to receiving emails from us. Aspirants.ai is intended for exam aspirants, who are typically 16 or older, and many of the exams referenced require candidates to be 18 or above. The site is not directed at children under 13, and you must not create an account on behalf of one.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site honestly and lawfully. In particular, you will not:

• Submit email addresses that are not yours or sign up other people without their consent.
• Use bots, scripts or automation to spam, scrape or flood the signup form.

AI-generated content can be wrong, so always verify important facts against official sources before you rely on them.

Aspirants.ai is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with the UPSC, SSC, IBPS, NTA, RRB, any State Public Service Commission, or any government body or examination authority. Exam names are referenced only to describe which exams the tutor is designed to help with. All such names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspirants.ai and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including any reliance on demo content, any exam result, or any interruption of the site. To the extent no payment has been taken from you, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aspirants.ai and its team from any claims, losses or costs arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
