NINJA CPA Review cost per month, total price to pass and the refund rule
NINJA is the CPA review people price-check when a $2,499 course is not in the budget, and the monthly price looks unbeatable. Whether it really is cheaper depends on two things the sales page does not spell out: how many months you will be subscribed, and which of the two plans you actually need. We read the cart, the FAQ and the terms and conditions on NINJA's own site, added up the cost for realistic timelines, and compared the result with the one-time courses.
- Fresh AUD, FAR, REG and discipline questions on the topics you keep missing
- Every answer choice explained, with follow-up questions at any hour
- One plan from $24/mo billed yearly or $49 month to month

The short answer
NINJA CPA Review costs $67 a month for the NINJA Supplement or $87 a month for the NINJA Full Course, read from ninjacpareview.com on October 13, 2026. Both bill monthly, renew until you cancel, and cover one exam section at a time, which you can switch about once every 30 days. The Supplement includes the practice questions, NINJA Notes and NINJA Audio. The Full Course adds video lectures, the textbook, CRAM videos, flashcards, group tutoring and the Sensei AI assistant. A candidate who passes all four sections in 12 months pays $804 or $1,044 in total. The 30-day refund is only open to first-time customers whose NINJA MCQ Trending Score is 75 or higher.
What NINJA CPA Review costs today
NINJA sells two subscriptions and nothing else. The NINJA Supplement is $67 a month and the NINJA Full Course is $87 a month, both read from the cart page on ninjacpareview.com on October 13, 2026. There is no annual plan, no bundle price for all four sections and no access-until-you-pass tier, because the subscription itself is the access. You pick one exam section when you sign up (AUD, FAR, REG, BAR, ISC or TCP), study it, sit the exam and then ask support to move you to the next one. Billing continues every month until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next charge without any further fee. NINJA also says candidates whose employer reimburses them can arrange to buy several months in advance through its reimbursement coordinator.
- NINJA Supplement: $67 a month
- NINJA Full Course: $87 a month
- One exam section at a time
- Renews monthly until you cancel
What the Supplement includes and what the Full Course adds
The $20 gap between the plans buys most of the product. The cart grid marks the Supplement as including three study tools: NINJA MCQ (the question bank with simulations), NINJA Notes and NINJA Audio, plus the study planner, the study framework and the private study group that come with both plans. The Full Course adds six more: the NINJA Book, NINJA CRAM videos, digital flashcards, NINJA Sparring (online group tutoring), the video lectures and Sensei, the AI study companion. For FAR that means 69 hours of lectures, a 790-page book and 20 hours of CRAM that a Supplement subscriber does not get. If NINJA is your only course, the Supplement is not enough on its own and the real price is $87.
- Supplement: MCQ, Notes and Audio
- Full Course adds lectures, Book, CRAM, flashcards
- Group tutoring and Sensei AI on Full Course only
- Planner, framework and study group on both
The FAQ still describes the old $67 deal
Read the cart, not the FAQ. Several answers on NINJA's FAQ page were written when there was a single $67 plan, and they still say that for only $67 all options are on the table and that $67 gets you everything that used to come in the $397 Assault package. The cart grid on the same site says otherwise: at $67 the Book, CRAM, flashcards, Sparring, lectures and Sensei are marked as not included. The newer answer at the top of the FAQ gets it right and describes the Supplement as the plan for candidates who already have a course. Nothing here is hidden, but a buyer who reads only the older answers will expect the full course for $67 and get three tools.
- Older FAQ answers predate the $87 plan
- At $67 six of the nine tools are excluded
- The cart grid is the accurate source
- Budget $87 if NINJA is your only course
What it costs to pass all four sections
The monthly price matters less than the number of months. You need three Core sections and one Discipline, and NINJA only opens one section at a time, so the subscription runs for as long as your whole exam journey. At two months a section, eight months costs $536 on the Supplement or $696 on the Full Course. At three months a section, twelve months costs $804 or $1,044. A working candidate who needs eighteen months, including a retake, pays $1,206 or $1,566. NINJA itself points out that about half of candidates fail any given section, so a plan with no retake in it is optimistic. Most state boards now give you 30 months from your first passed section to finish the other three; check your own board, because that window is the outer limit of what a monthly plan can cost you.
- 8 months: $536 or $696
- 12 months: $804 or $1,044
- 18 months: $1,206 or $1,566
- You can pause by cancelling and resubscribing
Where NINJA stops being the cheap option
NINJA is the cheapest route if you move fast and the most forgiving if you stop and start, but it has a break-even point against every one-time purchase. Gleim sells its CPA Mega Test Bank for $999 with 18 months of access to all sections, re-read on gleim.com on October 13, 2026. The NINJA Full Course passes that total in month 12, and the Supplement passes it in month 15. UWorld CPA Review Premier, which is now what surgent.com sells since Surgent became part of UWorld, was $1,999 for 18 months on the same day; the Full Course reaches that in month 23. Becker Advantage is $2,499 for 24 months, a figure NINJA does not reach until month 29. So against a full video course NINJA wins on price for almost any realistic timeline, and against a pure question bank it wins only if you finish inside a year.
- Passes Gleim Mega Test Bank ($999) in month 12
- Passes UWorld Premier ($1,999) in month 23
- Passes Becker Advantage ($2,499) in month 29
- Fast finishers save the most
How big the NINJA question bank is by section
NINJA lists its content section by section on the cart page. AUD has 1,711 multiple-choice questions and 75 simulations, FAR has 1,862 and 108, REG has 1,441 and 56, BAR has 2,093 and 76, TCP has 719 and 32, and ISC has 503 and 11. A candidate taking AUD, FAR, REG and TCP works through 5,733 questions and 271 simulations in total, fewer than the 8,000-plus questions Becker advertises and well under the 12,000-plus in the Gleim bank. ISC is the thin one: 503 questions, 8 hours of lectures and a CRAM course the cart still lists as not yet released. If ISC is your discipline, plan on a second source of practice questions.
- AUD 1,711, FAR 1,862, REG 1,441 questions
- BAR 2,093, TCP 719, ISC 503 questions
- 5,733 questions for AUD, FAR, REG and TCP
- ISC has no CRAM course yet
The refund rule and the free trial
NINJA advertises a 100% risk-free money back guarantee, and the condition attached to it is unusual. The terms say first-time customers may request a refund within 30 days if they have a NINJA MCQ Trending Score of 75 or greater before asking. In other words you have to work enough questions to earn a passing-level trend before you can get your money back, so a buyer who signs up, studies little and changes their mind does not qualify. The terms also exclude anyone on an IP address or network with a previous refund request, and they mention a one-time $197 upgrade fee that is never refundable. The safer way to test NINJA is the free trial, which asks for an email address and a section choice and no credit card.
- 30 days, first-time customers only
- Requires a Trending Score of 75 or higher
- Free trial needs no credit card
- Cancel any time to stop the next charge
Where Aspirants.ai fits next to NINJA
NINJA works because of volume: its own framework has you grinding multiple-choice questions until your trending score clears 75. The limit of any fixed bank is that after two passes you start recognizing the questions instead of solving them, and that happens fastest in the smaller sections. Aspirants.ai writes new CPA questions on the exact topic you keep missing, explains why each wrong choice is wrong, and answers follow-up questions at any hour. It is not a review course and it does not replace the NINJA Notes or task-based simulations. It is the practice layer you add when the bank starts to repeat, from $24 a month billed yearly or $49 month to month.
- New questions when the NINJA bank repeats
- Every answer choice explained
- From $24/mo billed yearly, cancel any time

Honest answers
NINJA CPA Review cost per month, the total price to pass and the refund rule, answered straight.
NINJA CPA Review costs $67 a month for the Supplement or $87 a month for the Full Course, read from ninjacpareview.com on October 13, 2026. Both renew monthly until you cancel and cover one exam section at a time. There is no annual plan and no one-time price, so the total depends on how many months you stay subscribed: $804 or $1,044 over a year.
For a self-funded candidate who studies consistently, yes. Eight months of the Full Course costs $696, against $1,999 to $2,499 for a one-time video course, and you can stop paying in any month you are not studying. It is weaker value if you expect to take two years or more, or if your discipline is ISC, where the bank is 503 questions.
The Full Course is built to be a complete course, with lectures, a textbook, notes, a question bank and simulations for each section, and NINJA sells it as a stand-alone option. The $67 Supplement is not: it has the questions, notes and audio but no lectures or textbook, and NINJA describes it as the plan for candidates who already own another course.
The Full Course adds six tools for $20 more a month: video lectures, the NINJA Book, NINJA CRAM videos, digital flashcards, NINJA Sparring group tutoring and the Sensei AI study companion. The Supplement carries only NINJA MCQ, NINJA Notes and NINJA Audio. Both include the study planner, the study framework and the private study group.
Yes. NINJA offers a free trial that asks for your name, an email address and the exam section you want, and its trial page states that no credit card is required. The page does not say how long the trial lasts, so check the length when you sign up. Paid plans start at $67 a month after that.
Only under a specific condition. NINJA's terms allow first-time customers to request a refund within 30 days if their NINJA MCQ Trending Score is 75 or greater before the request. Buyers below that score, repeat customers and anyone on a network with an earlier refund request are not eligible, and the one-time $197 upgrade fee mentioned in the terms is never refundable.
Yes. NINJA says the subscription renews each month and can be cancelled at any time for any reason, with no commitment beyond the month you have paid for. It also says files you downloaded while subscribed, such as the Notes, Audio and Book, stay with you. Cancelling between sections and resubscribing later is the simplest way to keep the total down.
No. One subscription covers one section at a time, and after you sit that exam you ask NINJA support to switch you to the next section at no extra charge. NINJA allows a switch about once every 30 days and says it is flexible in special cases. You cannot have two sections open at once on a single subscription.
Almost always. Becker Advantage is $2,499 for 24 months of access, read from becker.com on October 13, 2026, and the NINJA Full Course at $87 a month does not reach that total until month 29. A candidate who passes in 12 months pays $1,044 with NINJA. Becker has more questions and far more simulations, and it is the course most firms pay for.
NINJA CPA Review is owned and run by Jeff Elliott, CPA, who also founded the CPA exam site Another71. It is an independent company, not part of Becker, UWorld or Gleim. That independence is one reason its pricing looks so different: it has always sold monthly access instead of a package priced in the thousands.
