Rosh Review PANCE Qbank price and PANCE review course cost

Blueprint sells the former Rosh Review PANCE Qbank in two lengths. Three months is $259 and twelve months is $289. Both include the same 3,800 NCCPA-formatted questions with full explanations, the Rapid Review recap under each explanation, a One Step Further bonus question, an analytics dashboard that compares you with other PA students, and messaging with PA-C content experts. The only optional extra is 100 AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits, which brings the price to $369 for three months or $389 for twelve. There is no monthly plan and nothing renews automatically.

The gap between the two lengths is $30. Three months works out to about $86 a month, twelve months to about $24 a month, and the longer plan also protects you if you need a second attempt. NCCPA lets you sit the PANCE only once in any 90-day period, so a failed first attempt on a three-month plan usually means paying again. The guarantee points the same way: the full refund requires you to finish every question in the bank, and 3,800 questions in three months is more than 40 a day with review. Buy twelve months unless your exam is less than six weeks out and you have already used the bank.

The bundles add question sets you may or may not need. PANCE Power Packs are 600 must-know questions without explanations, sold with the Qbank for $339 for three months or $369 for twelve. The Rotation Qbank adds 1,750 questions, 250 for each of the seven end-of-rotation exams, and the Qbank plus Rotation bundle is $459 for twelve months. Adding 840 Mock Rotation exam questions makes it $489, and the full set with Power Packs is $699. Each adds $100 or $110 if you take the CME option. If you have already finished your rotations, the rotation banks are paying for exams you no longer sit.

The live course is four days of Zoom instruction, 30 hours in total from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central, with two PA instructors on camera at all times. The $380 fee includes 570 PANCE-style practice questions, a diagnostic exam, daily assessments, a full-length mock PANCE with course-only content and digital handouts, all available for 90 days. The guarantees are real, but each one has conditions you control only if you plan for them. On the Qbank, a student who does not pass can claim a full refund of the original Qbank only after completing 100% of it, or take a six-month extension instead. The live course can be refunded only if you ask within three calendar days of purchase and before the first session. If you miss that window and the course has not started, you can switch to another listed date once for free, and every later switch costs $99. Groups of 10 or more classmates can get up to 20% off, which is worth organizing for a cohort that buys in the same month.

One-to-one tutoring with a PA-C is sold in blocks: $1,900 for 10 hours, $3,720 for 20 hours and $5,400 for 30 hours. Each package includes twelve months of the PANCE Qbank and the PA study planner, which removes the $289 from your budget. A two-hour trial session costs $200 and is limited to one per student. The tutoring guarantee applies only to packages of 20 hours or more and gives five more tutoring hours plus six months of extended access if you do not pass, not money back. Tutoring makes sense after a failed attempt, when you need someone to diagnose why.

Budget the exam next to the prep. NCCPA charges $550 when you apply for the PANCE. The exam is 300 multiple-choice questions in five blocks of 60, with 60 minutes per block, plus 45 minutes of break time across the day. You can take it three times in a calendar year and six times in total within six years of completing your program, and only once in any 90-day period. Those rules are why the length of your Qbank access matters more than its sticker price: a retake moves your exam at least three months out.
